Refund & Return Policy

Since every item is made just for you, here's how returns and refunds work.

I am happy to accept returns and refunds in case your ordered item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong (wrong design, size, or color). I request you to please check the size guide before placing your order, as I am unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

• If something's wrong with your order, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a quick description. I'll get back to you within 2 business days, and you can choose a full refund or a free replacement.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Want to cancel an order? You can do that within 24 hours of placing it, before production starts. After that, it's already in the works and can't be cancelled.
